Dr. Shakeeka is a women’s hormone specialist, midlife wellness advocate, and the founder of Thryva Wellness; a practice helping women reclaim their energy, clarity, and confidence through every stage of hormonal change. With deep roots in nursing leadership, education, and advanced clinical practice, she brings a personalized approach to perimenopause, menopause, and metabolic health.
Her mission was born from both professional expertise and personal experience. After navigating early perimenopause herself, Dr. Shakeeka saw the critical gaps in care and set out to change that narrative, empowering women to understand their bodies, interpret their labs with confidence, and access care that actually works.
