With deep roots in nursing leadership, education, and advanced clinical practice, she brings a personalized approach to metabolic health and pre-, peri-, and menopause.
Her mission was born from both professional expertise and personal experience. After navigating early perimenopause herself, Dr. Shakeeka saw the critical gaps in care and set out to change that narrative, empowering women to understand their bodies, interpret their labs with confidence, and access care that actually works.
